1. Submit the deal
Start with the funding type, property, capital needed and the key deal details. Submit documents when they are available.
2. Receive a review
The team checks what needs to be true for the transaction to move forward, including contracts, title coordination and the capital’s return path.
3. Complete contracts and fees
Once the structure is approved, iFundwise coordinates the required agreements and next steps with the appropriate parties.
4. Fund the closing
When the required conditions are met, funds are sent for the transaction. Timing depends on the deal, documents and closing coordination.
